Period Empowerment Network Kick-Off-Meeting aims at bringing together project partners before the actual work on the project could start. During the Kick-Off-Meeting, partner get the chance to know each other and set consortium rules for working together.

It is further used to plan the work tasks for each and/or make sure that all the partners share a common project vision and understand their duties and commit. At the end of the meeting:

1. partners are familiar with the youth work of each partner in the project and the situation of menstrual health education and awareness in partner country's context.

2. partners are familiar with the project overall implementation and have developed their capacities to apply and execute the project inline of the project's execution plan.

3. partners are familiar with the use of the budget and how to document financial costs. Further, they understand the use of budget for capacity building activities and their financial contribution.

4. partners are familiar with developing, executing, controlling and evaluating project activities to meet set objectives and the expected results through sustainable result dissemination and exploitation activities.
