Keep an ageing mind sharp project seeks to increase the supply of high-quality adult teaching & learning programmes, by sharing best practices on effective teaching and learning approaches for adult learners in partner countries in addressing the challenging issues of ageing workforce in rural areas and factors hindering elderly adult learners' skills development for an engaging, productive workforce.
In first training course, participants will learn about the definition of a training programme from an adult education perspective. We will address the content and structure of a training programme and the applied methods and techniques for designing and creating the content and structure of training programme.
Participants will learn about the typology of content and structure. They will also learn how to create a map of content and structure of training programme in the context of adult education. Further, address the behavioural facets of the content and the structure of a training programme in the context of non-formal education.
In this regard, the project supports positive and long-lasting effects to expand the offer of customized learning based on the needs of individual adult learners in an inclusive learning environment. The training course will provide adult educators with the tools, skills and experience to improve their training and teaching programmes. |
