Leadership Education

The leadership education program tackles barriers to leadership by nurturing young leaders, as individual capacity building. Young leaders performance benefits from a collaborative approach to leadership, which includes sharing experience, failures, and concerns.

 

Objectives


This program strengthen participants skills about the leadership principles for nonprofit management. They develop capacities on how to launch and run nonprofit enterprises and how to take effective actions, decisions and leading roles in community development.

 

Activities


Delivered through TC in non-formal education settings, and have both active and experiential learning aspects. From the content focus to the problem-solving learning activities, participants are able to meet the challenges of social inclusion in different cultural settings.

 

Outcomes


Participant are able to develop insight leadership skills through practice, proven to work in the “real world” environment, essential for creating a peer educational environment in which the opportunities for change are present and supported throughout their organisations.
