TERRAM PACIS is managed by an Executive Board, comprised of directors who establish policy, implement the work plan and carry out our youth and adult education programmes in accordance with our mission and guidelines set by the General Assembly.

 Power  

The Executive Board prepares and carries out daily work of the Organisation under Executive Director. Exercise by the Executive Board of its power, occurs in board meetings, and that power is vested in the board as a whole, but not in the individual directors.

 Work  

Secretariat and Editorial are the bodies of the Executive Board. The secretariat acts as the secretary at all meetings, and custodian of records and documents. Whereas The Editorial focuses on writing, editing, producing and publishing news, blog, resources, publications, and modules.

 Duties  

Executive Board defines the working strategies in accordance with our mission. It adopts the guidelines of the General Assembly and determines policies and programmes to implement, and it is responsible for securing the organisation financial integrity as well as monitoring and evaluating the work plan.
