The rules of procedure regulate the implementation of the General Assembly. The General Assembly is the highest decision making body of the organisation and does meet once a year, in the month of December.
Power The General Assembly has the power to take, execute and ratify decisions and resolutions taken in the interest of the organisation. Decisions and resolutions taken by the General Assembly are binding for all the statutory bodies.
Duties The General Assembly adopts policies, work plan, amendments to the Charter and approve the organisation annual budget and financial statements. Further, it evaluates the work plan's report, elects, ratifies or dismisses directors.
Voting At the meeting of the General Assembly, the voting is by a simple majority. The urgent resolutions can only pass with a 2/3 majority of members present and voting. A simple majority: over half of the votes cast, not counting abstentions.
Quorum At the meeting of the General Assembly, representatives of at least half of full members constitutes a quorum. The quorum is established and announced at the beginning of the meeting.
