Our main office is located in Norway in the city of Oslo. Our primary focus is to initiate, plan, and implement educational-oriented projects at both the national and international level by bringing together skills and experiences from a range of fields in experiential learning through non-formal education practices.
We are a non-profit organisation on the mission to help young adult social entrepreneurs create, plan, initiate, implement, grow, expand, and sustain their new or existing social entrepreneurial ventures. Our headquarters is managed by an Executive Board, consist of an experienced personnel in entrepreneurial education, project management and training. They establish policies, implement the work plan and sustain financial integrity in line with guidelines set by the General Assembly.
The Secretariat acts as the secretary at meetings, and custodian of records and documents. The Editorial work focuses on writing, editing, producing and publishing news, blog, educational resources, publications, and training modules. Further, the secretariat identifies partnerships needs, prepares and oversees education activities, by planning and delivering effective training programmes. Moreover, trains and guides new staff; ensuring that they are performing tasks as trained.
