Our positions require good knowledge of spoken or written English or French and the experience in non-formal education practices through experiential learning in the field of youth or adult education. Here, experience means: can you show us what you can do as an accomplished youth workers, but not your completed education! Requirements To work with us, you are not required to have any high education as we never consider CVs. As an applicant, you should however be at least (18) years old, and be able to apply, through practice any of the knoweldge, skills or attitudes acquired in formal or non-formal education. We focus on experiential learning, and you should thus apply by illustrating your experience practising youth work, youth activism, or adult education outside the formal education system.
We offers a limited number of internships of six months. If you believe and feel like you could make a contribution to our work and benefit from spending time with us, we encourage you to apply; we thus look forward to working with you! Partnership & collaboration Most of our projects are implemented in partnership with different youth and adult organisations. We bring together people with different background to contribute their experience or competences for the benefit of a shared vision toward making social, cultural, gender or environmental change at community level.
