Our programs aim at conducting researches, producing publications, and developing learning and training modules, which are applicable in non-formal educational settings. Further, our programs enable us to guide and support youth to find their path through empowerment capacity building, social innovation, and initiatives and outreach.
All learning has a value and most of it deserves to be made visible and recognised. Through our programs, we ensure that educational policies acknowledge non-formal education practices as an essential part of the educational process, which could lead to the awarding of recognised documents and equally empower young men & women.
Effective social beneficial changes come about through the process of community engagement; addressing societal challenges. However this can only happen if indeed, the community has the right skills or capacities to deal with such issues. Through our programs, we aim to promote youth policies and challenge policies that affect youth.
Social entrepreneurs ideas work best in meeting environmental and social challenges. Through our programs, we strengthen our fellows creativity, and enhance that with diffusion that allows them to learn how to identify top hurdles to becoming a social entrepreneur, and how to overcome them: coming up with an idea to pitching an idea.
Initiatives and outreach
Through our programs, we engage youth both in understanding and implementing Agenda For Humanity, Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction & Charter4Change initiatives, to meet the challenges to localisation in the humanitarian system. Furthermore, we develop and periodically update comprehensive training programs for youth.
