Project Objective: enhance institutional empowerment, by creating an inclusive and diverse learning environment for the partners: they will be familiar with the appropriate teaching and training methods, essential in closing the gaps, where older learners need more time to adjust to recent technology changes than younger learners; and enhance communication and training programmes designing skills.
Project Outputs: 15 adult educators from partner institutions will be trained on how to create an inclusive learning environment for their learners, to improve adult learners’ competences in media literacy, and how to improve tolerant behaviours and/or attitudes against ageing segregation. Furthermore, 3 educational tools on enhancing communication and training programmes skills will be produced.
Project Outcomes: improve organisational capacity to focus beyond individual level of analysis, by applying the developed educational tools in training events for teaching or training for adults and young learners. Further, create opportunities for practicing to disseminate and exploit outputs through practical training events or seminars to encourage older learners' ability to learn and perform. |
