This training focuses on planning effective youth interventions from a human rights-based, participatory, and gender-sensitive approach. Meaning that the youth, their rights, unmet needs, and unfilled gaps must be at the centre of the lifecycle of the intervention.
The goal is to strengthen the capacity of the participants, giving insight on the rights-based approach to identify the needs and capacities gaps of youth that prevent them from knowing, exercising, claiming, or seeking effective protection and realisation of their human rights.
