Liv is a connector, communicator and creative mind. She combines a care for a social-ecological transformation and a passion for the arts. She is fascinated by group processes and how they can stimulate both personal growth and actionable steps which lead to a common goal. Liv is a Participatory Action Researcher at Recrear and co-founder of Improlab working with contact dance, improvisation theater and storytelling. Liv studied Peace and Conflict Transformation at the university of Tromsø.

She is responsible for ensuring that the board members fulfill their duties and comply with the applicable laws and bylaws. She chairs meetings according to the rules of order and encourages members to make decisions in a democratic manner. She monitors the organisational performance, and works closely with communication director to draft reports and terms of collaboration. She works closely with the training coordinator to establish a framework on what needs to be created, and within what time-frame, to ensure that provided training programmes reflect project objectives.

She assesses and identifies the targeted groups learning needs and gaps via users feedback and suggests appropriate learning approach and activities. She oversees and directs training and learning activities; designing and planning effective training programmes and overseeing training materials development. She further, trains and guides new trainers, and develop a monitoring system to ensure that all trainers are performing their responsibilities according to received training.
