This partner meeting is part of the project "Employee of the future - Flexibility, improvement, Development”, co-funded with financial support of Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway under the EEA Funds. The project aims to take steps in updating and adapting the vocational education offered in Poland by exchanging good practices and experiences.

During the meeting:

• We looked into the creating the tools necessary for the development of young people’s key competences from the perspective of employers’ requirements and the changing conditions in the global labour market;

• We looked at the materials that presents best practices in the field of vocational education and training Norway, when it comes to developing young people’s key competences from the perspective of employers’ requirements and the changing conditions in the global labour market;

• We also had the opportunity to reflect on the development made under the project “Competences of the future - Adaptation to market needs” and looked into the platform that was created for the teachers who are involved in vocational education and training in Poland. Go to the platform
